Our Projects
Identifying and enhancing residential development projects that improve the standard of living in Myrtle Creek and surrounding areas.

140 Rust Ln
Started as a neglected, non-livable (but promising) property. Within a year, transformed into a high-quality home.
Now includes solar generation, landscaped hillside with drainage, retaining wall, a top-of-the-line shop with lift, custom woodwork and tile, built in gun-safe, and rock fireplace!

250 O'Neall St
Originally built in 2006 at approximately 1,230 sqft — but never occupied. Purchased in 2022 and replatted with annexed adjacent property, this home was fully transformed into a 2,828 sqft ranch style house with a 2-horse barn and climate-controlled tack room. The surrounding subdivision was dedicated to the city, and Klimback Street was renamed to O’Neall Street.
What was once 211 Klimback St is now 250 O'Neall St — a complete transformation of both the property and the neighborhood.

Lancelot Subdivision
Purchased in December 2022, this property sat stagnant—neglected, overgrown, and forgotten. By April 2024, it had been completely transformed: new asphalt, full utilities, fresh sidewalks, and fully groomed lots were completed and dedicated to the city.
What was once an abandoned stretch of Klimback Street has now become the new O’Neall Street, with multiple homes already built and occupied. A site left untouched for decades is now thriving!

Merritt Field
Adjacent to 250 O'Neall St, this 3-acre field was overgrown with a large ravine and filled with trash.
Now reclaimed for horse pasture with updated drainage and a pedestrian land bridge!
